Is Zero Money Down a Real Option?

I used to think that it was too good to be true, but it's not.

In the past few years we have put several families into nice homes with zero down payment in Sarasota County. We've also been able to get closing costs rolled into our customer's mortgages. When we can do both at the same time, our buyers only costs to purchase could be less than $1,000.00.

I'm not saying that this is the easiest or most common way to purchase a home, but it can be done and we are very good at it.

One thing to consider is that this process is set up for a person's primary residence. There are other programs for investors, but this blog is dedicated to people who need a home to live in. You do not have to be a first time home buyer to enjoy these opportunities. If you want to sell a home and buy another, we may still be able to help you accomplish it with very little out of pocket. 

Several of our customers did not believe that they could actually get into the real estate game at this time in their lives. Some of them did not purchase their first home until they were well into their 30s and raising a family. They had spent their lives bouncing from one rental to another unaware that they could actually own a home of their own. Others have been in their 40s and 50s and found themselves in need of such an opportunity. A need for a great deal on a home has no age requirements.
